Course Description:
The seminar participants will develop a total business strategy
for a small up and coming company. The company had a successful
first product, but the market is changing and they have to decide
their future business direction. The concepts taught in the course
have been used successfully with many large business strategy development
projects. This course provides participants with hands-on experience
to successfully determine a business strategy and cascade the strategy
into the functions that need to implement it. The course is very
interactive. Come prepared to develop a total business strategy.
