Course Description:

The participants discover the importance of uncertainty during this seminar. The participant will learn how uncertainty fits into a quality decision process. The participant will work through simple calculations regarding uncertainty and graphically display uncertainty impact on a decision. The participant will learn some of the pitfalls in making estimates. The seminar concludes with a real business example when uncertainty was considered throughout the decision-making process. The company made the exact opposite decision when considering uncertainty than they would have made ignoring it.
