Decision Making 102 – Solving Business Problems II

 

Course Description:

The seminar builds on the concepts learned in Decision Making 101 – Solving Business Problems I. For the larger, more complex business problems additions analysis is needed. This course provides participants with hands-on experience to successfully complete this needed analysis. The participant will learn how to determine sources of value (improved solutions) and sources of risk (how to deal with uncertainty). As with the first course this seminar provides discussion how these concepts can be applied to participants’ business problems. The course is very interactive. Come prepared to learn new approaches to analyzing business problems.
